worst tim hortons in history! just really incompetent young people who are mistaken over mistakes. The more I go there, the more I am surprised by the service, not in a good way, but in the sense that I tell myself that it's not much worse than the time before, but yes it's worse and worse. I was disgusted with this execrable service as it was impossible to beat the level of invalidity, I even realized that I had to pay too much for my last bill to cost me 20 instead of 12 because the cashier made me pay big wrap while I took a wrap snack, short I boy-side Tim I'm going to go further if you need I do not care I'm over the horrible service shabby offered to this tim profitor.

This is the first time I see such a messy Tim Horton. The toilets were just unhealthy and as much as me "unusable". I chose to eat nothing in this restaurant. I will not go back to this place.

No chicken in the caesar salad (ordered and paid for with chicken), no sauce in my crispy chicken, the 2 soups (chicken and noodles, vegetable soup) are cold, they sell me a bowl of chili but it is not not available; waiting forever endless. Visit the one near the highway of bravery instead; it is day after day the worst tims in existence.

Good service, but a restaurant with many regulars who talk to each other on the edge of the restaurant, very noisy and clean to be desired on occasion (not to mention the group who is still in front of the garbage outside and who welcome us with their pofs of cigarettes)

Unacceptable. Toilet completely unsanitary. The ring in the urinal dates from several days to a few weeks. The shelves are empty and impossible to have the desired meal an hour and a half before closing. We are told that everything is already clean. Not at the height of the franchise.

Employees tonight very noisy, it speaks loudly of each end of the restaurant, it '' chiale '' on orders they had during the day, it complains about the work of other employees with whom they worked. There may have been 6 guests in the restaurant, but that did not bother the staff. Friends of the employees who come to see them, it speaks loudly, it uses vulgar language. An employee who complains about an order she had and that she did not want to make in the afternoon to one of her colleagues in front of a customer waiting to be served. I love Tim Hortons, but tonight the employees clearly lacked professionalism, they would not have done that in front of their boss, so why in front of customers.

The quality of the food is acceptable, the taste generally good. The service is rather unstable on the other hand: there are several grumpy employees, but there are very dedicated employees.Also, I often have discomfort when I go there because they kick out the young people by the second that it no longer consumes (also does not accept that young people share will kick out those who pay nothing) then that I can stay the 1 hour by just having a coffee at $ 1 kek and I don't mind.

Unfortunately the Tim have changed. Unfortunately we always go back to the same reasons that are lacking staff! Too easy to blame others. My question remains? Where are the owners? What are you doing to remedy the current situation of lack of cleanliness service, lack of smiles of the staff, enough that it lacks manpower, stopped putting the pressure on the personal and take the time of trained properly and if it still works you ask questions about the hirer! Is the problem there? Good evening and continued efforts to get there.

Serious! Stop talking and respond to customers. Never stock the donuts dry and it takes 15 minutes to have a damn sandwiches.Worse are 5 behind the counter ... It lacks supervision for young people.
